Check Out Jamal Murray’s Highlights From The PanAm Championship

The Canadians may have come up short against Brazilians but that doesn’t mean our guy Jamal Murray didn’t make his mark in the loss. Murray finished with 12 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal.

With the games finished in Toronto, Murray is expected to join the Cats sometime in August.

You left out that Murray was 3/12 against Brazil. How did two years of development under Cal work out for the twins?

Didn’t one of them get drafted? And the other signed a contract. And they played In 2 Final Fours. I would say they it worked out okay.

With Murray, Ulis, and Briscoe, the backcourt is more than solid. If Skal, AlPo, and Marcus Lee bring it, we could have #9. That would be fine…

Hmm.. Andrew, you’re sorely mistaken. He’s going to training camp with Team Canada for the FIBA qualifiers. That camp is taking place week 2 of August. He’ll be on that team! He won’t be at UK till the 2nd week of September.

Wouldn’t surprise me if there was more interest in Murray and the Canadians by UK fans than for the whole USA team. I hereby adopt Canada into the BBN.
