Kentucky got its revenge for last year’s loss at Auburn with a big win Saturday in Rupp Arena. Auburn did give the Cats more than most expected Bruce Pearl’s club would, but it still wasn’t enough for an upset as Kentucky went on to win big, 92-72.

Check out the stats from the game and then join us for postgame chatter throughout the rest of the night.

It has to be said that Gabriel was an absolute stud this game.

The other thing is our defense was horrible and we still won by 20.

      0 – 4 at the FT line is unacceptable…

I will take 0-4 but with 16 boards in a 20 point win.

Luether making any comment is generally unacceptable.

In 1 game our defense dropped from 9 to 12 on KenPom against freaking Auburn.

Ugly game, with a lot of whistles (again), yet we score 92 and win by 20. I’ll take it.

Never heard an interview with Mychal Mulder before.. what a well-spoken young man

Does Kansas play all of their conference games at home?

Mulder was huge. Great game for him. Stepped up when Fox went out

SEC Officials sure know how to kill the watchability, (flow) of a game!
Agree, Mulder and Gabriel were very good!
YUUUGE 3 by Briscoe! The Refs wouldn’t allow Fox or Adebayo to
play defense! These fouls sure are getting old!
    GO CATS, GO BIG BLUE!

Big game by Gabriel; 2-3 threes and 16 rebounds…Good effort.
He had been knocking down his FT’s, though; in fact, poor team shooting from the line….17-32 won’t get it in the tourney.

15 missed FTs and 53% is unacceptable. Bad for a high school or 7th-8th grade team…

FT’s will KILL a Cal team in the tourney;again. We were fortunate not to be playing a decent team tonight. This has GOT to be fixed.
