Cal made a Willie bad pun about Willie Cauley-Stein

I think it’s safe to say that Willie Cauley-Stein is playing on a different level right now. Willie finished with 15 points, 6 rebounds, 4 steals, 2 blocks, and one assist this afternoon, which drew some major praise from both Roy Williams and John Calipari. “He’s a veteran,” Cal said of Willie. “He’s coming into his own. He’s figuring out who he is as a person and a player. He’s doing it.”

Cal was feeling so good he couldn’t help himself from dropping a little pun. “Willie Cauley was really–he was Willie good today.”

Groan. Okay, fine. Yes. He was Willie good.
