BREAKING: Kentucky and Michigan to play game in London next season

The London game is actually happening, guys!
Jon Rothstein is reporting that Kentucky and Michigan will play a game in London, England next season as part of a new series. The game is scheduled for December 2020 at the O2 Arena, which has been used by the NBA for games abroad the past few years. After next year’s game, the series will be a home-and-home, with the 2021 game taking place in Ann Arbor and the 2022 game taking place at Rupp Arena.
More from the New York Times:
The arrangements include the universities trading games against one another on campus (known as a home-and-home series) in the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons, according to four people with direct knowledge of the agreements. The people spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss details of a deal that had not been made public.

Well it’s public now… something seems, well, wrong about that.
Heck Yes! We will go for sure.
Really rewarding the fans I see, giving us such a close location for a good game
It’s a home and home after the year it’s in London, so yes
So just three years from now
So we can add Michigan, but there’s no room for Indiana? Is Cal just scared to play Indiana? I don’t get it.
Do some research. Know some facts. There are many very good reasons for not playing IU. Fear is NOT one of them.
It isn’t 1980 anymore. Michigan is a higher profile program. Indiana has gotten out of the first round of the NCAA tournament one time since 2013 and haven’t been in the final four since 2002.
What does playing IU benefit UK? Indiana hasn’t been good or relevant in years. Cal said he’d be happy to play them at a nuetral location, but IU wants to have the opportunity to trample UK players when they win once a decade
They declined a neutral court deal that was actually in their favor geographically. So, FIU.
I think it is awesome and huge for college basketball! Duke vs UK would be a better game to have in London but the fact that we get to play at the O2 center on London is a massive achievement for the program and a nice recruiting pitch.
We should be loaded for the December 2020 game. Also looking forward to seeing redshirt Senior Nick Richards at Rupp in the 2022 game. I kid. Everytime I read one of your articles though, I crave a damn sandwich. Every time. Thanks a lot Pavlov.
But can’t go to Maui? Whatever.
Why do they need to go to Maui? There’s absolutely nothing to gain by playing in the Maui Invitational…much better for recruiting to play in Europe.
Eyeblue stye guy… you’d rather UK play I’m Maui in a tourney that happens every year instead of going to play a game in London which almost never happens? *British accent* This bloke’s a bloody wanker
Awesome
