The offseason is over.
University of Kentucky student-athletes are arriving on campus this weekend to prepare for summer school. Before classes begin on Wednesday, incoming freshmen will receive orientation into life as a student-athlete.
It’s a wild time for the new kids. Freshmen football players will workout at 6:00 a.m. before their day is consumed with meetings and class. They’ll receive tutorials on how to manage their time, where their classes are, proper nutrition and much more. It’s a crazy, busy, life-changing time, but they’re excited to start this new chapter of their lives.
