adopting this team as my own a couple of years back with the influence of my fiance, i didn’t think it would affect me that much. i cried like a baby when Teague threw the ball in the air as the last seconds wound down. AMAZING team! so proud to be part of BBN!!

I just hope Brian Long realizes what he witnessed last night.
My friend, an IU fan, that works at a print shop here in Knoxville, printed a 2 1/2 ft X 3 1/2 ft complete bracket on styrene for me. UK Blue text, of course. I didn’t ask for he, he just did it and then texted me to say that he did so. I can’t wait to get it from him tomorrow. I guess not all IU fans are bad!

It was a total team effort all season long. But, I want to give Marquis Teague a ton of props. He elevated his game throughout the year, never gave in to all the criticism, and piloted this team to a great run. I know the team is full of great players. I just feel he didn’t get his due during the press conference. He deserved some of the criticism and know deserves all the accolades a champion should garner.

Teague was the man last night. Most improved player of the year was Teague.

The whole thing with Cal being like “its not about me, its about the players” is a recruiting ploy more than anything. Think about it, if you are a high school player and you see a coach saying its all about you and not about him that makes it all the more appealing to high school players.

I have no idea… I wish they would do what they used to when they cut the net down and not use a ladder and have someone sit on the rim and cut it. I loved that. The most important thing to realize is that Cal is a Coach, teacher and mentor. BUT MOST OF ALL HE IS A SALESMAN… and a damn good one at that.

Who wants to bet that Fan Outfitters has already sold out of those Nike net shirts? Don’t understand why they don’t order more of the popular shirts than they do? Like they won’t get sold. If you don’t get down there at 1:00 am then you are screwed unless you order them online, pay shipping, and wait a week.

The celebration should be in Commonwealth Stadium. We could feel it without a doubt. I’m in Louisville, and the reason I didn’t drive down is I saw on tv that people were lining up last night, I assumed they would be out of tickets early.
