It was a rough night for Jared Lorenzen last night in his first game duty as a Colt, but maybe that little part of your big blue heart that’s hurting right now can be tempered by the good news coming out of Giants camp in regards to our boy Andre. Below is a short blurb from the New York Daily News about how things are going for him in Giants camp, as well as the most blatantly obvious “that’s what she said” header of all-time.
WOOD IS GOOD: Rookie QB Andre Woodson has been showing off a very strong and accurate arm lately. He still needs work on a slow release. But according to Coughlin, what he needs more than anything else is experience.
“He’s going to just have to play in practice,” Coughlin said. “Early on, when we only had three quarterbacks working (when David Carr was hurt), he was getting plenty of snaps, but now his snaps have slowed down a little bit. It’s difficult for a young guy to just have a couple of snaps and be able to show exactly what you can do. Hopefully that will work itself out.”
I would have to agree, New York Daily News. Perhaps, in this instance, wood is indeed good.
