First it was Luke.
Then it was Tyler.
Then it was Cody.
You can thank Steve and Lori Zeller of Washington, Indiana for all three. The Zeller family is to Indiana high school basketball as the Kardashians are to sleeping with guys who play basketball. It’s just a part of who they are. They’re born with it.
In a town of just 12,000 people in the middle of nowhere, Indiana, all three Zeller boys made a name for themselves on the national high school basketball stage. All three were recruited heavily by some of the top programs in the country. Luke went on to play for Notre Dame from 2005 to 2009; Tyler is in his senior season at North Carolina; and Cody is a freshman at Indiana.
And Anthony Davis has the rare assignment of back-to-back games against Zeller brothers. It’s the first time in the history of college basketball that one man has been given such a punishing task.
Let’s do this.
