Kentucky Sports Radio

University of Kentucky Basketball, Football, and Recruiting news brought to you in the most ridiculous manner possible.

We’re going to Indianapolis!

Or Arlington!

Or Washington D.C.!

Or Los Angeles!

According to Andy Katz of KSR podcast absence fame, the four regional sites for the 2013 NCAA Tournament are Indianapolis, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Arlington. The Cats will have to travel through one of those stops before settling down in Atlanta for the Final Four.

I’m saying it right now… We’ll do the radio show live from the NCAA Headquarters if UK plays in Indianapolis.

Make it happen.

Arlington where? Arlington, VA? Arlington, TX? What state are we talking about? There are Arlington’s everywhere.

The NCAA will probably put IU in Indy. If UK can hold on to a #1 seed and IU is a 2#, we will be together or visa versa.
DC would not be bad, though. It appears that UK will play G-town there.

I bet Crean would love UK to turn the site in Indy into the ‘Bluesier Dome.’

Tom Crean will forfeit if the NCAA makes them play in Indianapolis.

LA is too far away so that’s out, Arlington is somewhere in the middle so that’s also more than likely out, so we’ve either got Indy or DC.

IU will treat UK dirty like the Pacers treated UK wannabe LeBron James dirty. Cal is scared like LBJ after Danny Granger roughed him up.

    6. Yes, NCAA rules state you can not play in a regional in which your home COURT is hosting, not your home state. If that was the case UNC/Duke couldnt play in NC every year, and UK wouldnt have been able to play in Louisville

You realize this post just guarantees UK doesn’t get sent to Indianapolis. NCAA doesn’t want KSR broadcasting from their doorstep 🙂

Arlington Texas, Cowboys Stadium. Is it at the Lucas Oil Arena? Now you see why Cal wants to play a game or two in a large dome. We need to schedule a game for Lucas Oil now. And fill that stinking, dirty state with UK Blue fans.

#12 You stopped Peter Jurkin long enough for your inane comments? The only people vacating are you and your best friend Peter Jurkin. Maybe if you ask nicely, Yogi will bring over a picnic basket to your mom’s for the four of you to share.

Oh, didn’t we just end your season in yet another sport?

Now, if Im IU, why wouldnt I want to have a big time game in the location of one of the 4 regionals in the NCAA tourney? Cal is a genius and Crean is an idiot. Thats why we hang banners and they make sweet 16 shirts.
