As bad as I hate to say this, Bolin was by far the better quarterback Saturday. Screw Louisville and Go Cats!!
Bolin played a heckuva game, no doubt, but keep in mind that he had a future NFL wide receiver as a target in single coverage, several possible future NFL running backs to hand off to, and better protection from a senior laden OL. Put him in Towles’ situation, and I bet his numbers would look more pedestrian.
Bolin took advantage of the situation he had and Towles just sucked with poor azz play. At times it looked as tho Towles was actually giving the game away.
