Weekend football visitors, Robinson commits

Everyone knows that basketball recruit Adreain Payne is visiting the football game today against the Gators, but throughout the week, a number of football names have popped up as visitors too.  Here are the players who will be in attendance today:

Braxton Miller (2011 QB) – A four-star quarterback who is attracting all the big names.  Tremendous speed and, as a junior, has twelve scholarship offers already. Had planned to attend the Cincinnati-Fresno State game today, as well.

Skyler  Schofner (2010 T) – A monster at 6’7″, 275.  Three-star on Rivals.  Recently visited Michigan State and is also considering Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, South Carolina and Indiana.

Austin Collinsworth (2010 S) – Son of former Gator and Bengal Cris Collinsworth.  Runs a 4.7 40 and holds offers from local schools Louisville, Cincinnati, Vandy, as well as Stanford.  Rated as a three-star by Rivals.

Xavier McFadden (2010 CB) – A three-star corner from Rock Hill, SC who runs a 4.5 40 and measures in at 5’11”.  Says his favorites (in no order) are UK, Clemson, South Carolina, Georgia Tech and NC State.

Dyjuan Lewis (2010 WR) – Former high school teammate of UK running back Dakotah Tyler.  6’2″, 190 pound four-star receiver who is considering a host of big-time schools.  Runs a 4.5 40 and is ranked as the 18th-best receiver in the country.

Anthony McClung (2010 ATH) – Another former Tyler teammate.  Plays the Randall Cobb type of role at his high school, but UK is recruiting him as a receiver or cornerback.  At six feet, 160, he runs a 4.29 40 and is rated as a two-star player by Rivals.

***UPDATE: The Knoxville News is reporting that Alcoa TE/DE Tyler Robinson has given his verbal commitment to UK. Robinson visited campus for last week’s Governor’s Cup game.
