Vote for Kentucky to make EA Sports’ NCAA Football Cover

EA Sports is allowing fans to vote on which school makes the cover of the next EA Sports NCAA Football video game. Click here to vote for Kentucky on facebook.

If Kentucky is selected, who do you think will make the cover? Mark Stoops, Max Smith, or Stone Cold Willow? Below is the cover EA Sports plans to use if Western Kentucky is voted in by the fans:

In all seriousness, this would be monumentally huge for Mark Stoops’ recruiting at Kentucky, and ANYONE can win. So vote over, and over, and over again. I know #BBN has raided fan polls before. Here is an opportunity where we can raid a poll and actually make a big difference. Excitement around the football program is maybe higher than it’s ever been this time of year, so use your excitement for the beginning of the Stoops’ era towards something productive, and let’s show recruits the power of #BBN.

we would not get one single 4 or 5 star recruit because stoops was on this video game cover. either stoops can win at UK & we’ll get better recruits or not.
can we stop with the hyperbole…..

UK fans, we’ve been over this before. UK does not have the fan base to win this. The top schools have 2 or 3 times more fans. Be realistic and know your place.

UK is the anal cleft of college football.

Being a kid from similar generations of upcoming recruits, I KNOW that this has the potential to possibly (not assuredly) sway recruits. Another thing that I know is that UK has one of the, if not the biggest fanbase on the internet, and no other fansite parallels KSR. This is one of those rare chances that fans can actually effect the grand scheme of things. Simply putting our name out there can be in no way shape or form detrimental to the program. PLEASE cast your vote!

#8. What are you smoking? Kentucky has been ranked #34 in size of fan bases. Congrats 25% of FBS programs are ahead of you. Doesn’t sound like the biggest to me.

    9. Thats why I said “on the internet.” We’ve dominated polls before and this one isn’t any different.

    It’s not impossible.
As of this comment, Georgia has 516, Kentucky has 413.

#10. What are you talking about? The Eastern part of the state, a large part of the fan group, can’t read or write, let alone understand something like the Internet.

I don’t think Max Smith can be on the cover as a current player. I may be wrong.

As for Hal’s comment, I think that is a little short sighted. Obviously there is more to recruiting talent than “winning”. If you put yourself in the shoes of an 18 year old kid, things like having your team on a videogame cover, having cool uniforms, and getting to play on TV certainly matter more than you might think. Or at least they would have for me and every teenager I have ever known.

Yea UK being on the cover of a video game will really leave an impression on recruits. LOL BBN is delusional.
