USA Today hung out around Julius Randle — literally, outside his house in a black Kia — during his in-home visits earlier this month. Randle would recap each visit for the USA Today’s Jason Jordan since Jordan wasn’t allowed in the home at the same time as the coaches. “Cal is just, well, Cal,” Kyles said of Coach Cal. “He’s just got swag. I mean he had a driver. There wasn’t any presentation – it was just Cal talking off the cuff and chilling out with us.”
Randle added, “Most coaches sell their school. Coach Cal carries himself like what he’s done sells itself.”
Of course, Cal didn’t leave without showing off pictures of him posing with Jay-Z. What other program can do that?
