2) How can you “hate” someone who has clearly done nothing wrong. Everything Cal does is calculated, so he obviously has some purpose for being on the team. I don’t recall seeing anyone named “Gabe” on the UK roster.

12 I dont think there is a joke. Can you not tell how lethargic he is at all times? I think thats where the “he doesnt appreciate all this,” comes from.

17 there is really a joke…or rather a story. A caller (can’t remember who) called in and said he didn’t feel like Long really appreciated his opportunity. and the caller was seriously complaining about it. I am sure the caller’s feelings stemmed from the lethargy you mentioned above.

#22 – not sure that was warranted. i just can’t stand when people put others down without any reasoning. the kid made the team…did any of us? NO. it’s not like Cal’s giving him 20min/game or that we’re thin on talent. Let the kid live a dream to be on that bench. that said, he could look a little happier or aggressive.

@24 The only reason he is on the team is his family are friends with Coach CAL. Sam Malone and Brian long wouldn’t start at many high schools.
