Willie is the real deal so far. Looks much better than Nerlens

Robic could be the love child of Ric Flair and Wildfire Tommy Rich

Cauley-Stein looks great. He is going to be the surprise player this year.

    First impressions:

Willie is better than Noel, period.
Jon Hood will be a factor this year.
Harrow is not much better than Polson, if at all, but Polson could probably start for 70% of college teams.
Wiltjer and Goodwin will lead the team in scoring.
This team is a legit 9 deep. But that says more about the starting five than the next 4.
This will be the least talented team in Cal’s tenure…past or future at UK.
None of these guys look like they will be NBA ready next year, except perhaps Poythress. So next may shape up more interesting than ever if a number of these guys stay.
UK could definitely win it all with this team, but we wont be the most talented offensive team on every night. Gonna have to learn to be grinders with that length.

W.C.S. just solidified himself as the starting “C”.

Noel will play center against lesser teams, but when it comes to competition with a true big man, he’ll play pf and share time with Wiltjer at the 5 when WCS gets in foul trouble. Willie is just too strong, and showed what will happen to Noel if put against a 6’10” 245 big man with skills.

I’m not gonna look at this team thru my Bluvision. This team is not the third best in the country . One thing is sure Cals lottery streak will end this year theres not no lottery picks on this team i see maybe poythress leaving regardless not because he’s a top pick which he will not be.

#11 – There are at least 2-3 lottery picks on this team based on potential alone because next year’s NBA draft selection is utter crap based on the college outlook. They wouldn’t be lottery picks in last year’s draft, but next year’s draft is shaping up to be one of the worst in the last 20 years or so.
