UK Players Getting Their GPA On

A new display in the Joe Craft Center showcases that while last season wasn’t the best in the world on the court, off the court, UK did very well in the classroom. 12 players from last year’s team had a 3.0 or better and Alex Poythress led the way with a 4.0 Grade Point Average. Congrats to Alex and the rest of the team.

3.5 for Archie Goodwin. His tutor deserves a pat on the back
I thought Brian Long was supposed to boost the teams gpa? He’s officially useless
Only a 3.2? It’s obvious that Brian Long doesn’t appreciate playing here.
Notice that the upperclassmen generally have lower GPAs. Ah, how I miss those freshmen classes you just had to show up for to pass. 😛
Am I mistaken or is Ryan Harrow the only guy NOT on that list?
#2 Walk-ons don’t count toward the athletic scholarship student GPA and APR scores.
Dur…but everyone knows that sUcK players don’t go to class. Duh..#L1C4, Matt Jones is gay, 3 championships > 8, Robert Morris, BBNIT.
OK, I say let’s go for a team 2.8 and another banner this upcoming season.
Just sayin…
#2 I have to get a real job when my bench ride is over, I take real classes yo

Must read…. Big scam.
Wasn’t there a Civil War battle called: Antiquawn
Or, on PBS there’s a tail-uh-vezhun show where they often display antiqwan….Kwanza in a while.
Anybody got Bobby Knight phone number? He may need to see this before opening his yap again.
Way to go Malone and Poythress. This is always refreshing to see that they are taking academics seriously under Calipari. Plus I always like when they can stick it to Old Man Knight
Why didn’t they post my GPA?
7.) False. ALL athletes affect APR scores in some way.
I don’t pay to watch kids take chemistry tests. Maybe if they didn’t spend so much time in those books, they’d won a few more games.
Good job guys! Especially my favorite Antiquawn!
5, I think your right but my first thought is why would he be on it? He’s gone to another school and his GPA (to me) is associated to that school so to speak. I hear ya and yes, he “was” here -but he didn’t leave college period or was moving on to another year here. Why associate him with whats occurring with current Cats in the spring of 2013?

2012-2013 didn’t go well for Mr. Harrow.
He couldn’t balance school demands – with Basketball.
It was evident ant NC State.
Re-reflected at UK.
The kid can play; perhaps over seas.
He will find balance.
Imma let you finish, but Christian Watford’s 3.0 was the best of all time!
