UK Alumni Game Intros

If you were like me, and were not one of the fortunate 10,000+ in Rupp Arena on Saturday, you are craving any and all footage of the event. Here are the player intros. I get chills just thinking about all of these guys back on one floor together. If you’re wondering who received the loudest set of cheers, it was probably either Michael Kidd-Gilchrist or Jared Prickett. You’ll just have to watch to find out for yourselves…

I once successfully requested "The Wobble" to be played 6 times at one wedding.

From the video it seemed like Kidd-Gilchrist and Miller had the tie for loudest

With the 96 team i was impressed with Delk and Turner. Those guys could still play in d league if not NBA

Inconspicuously absent from the alum/Calipari love-fest has been Jamal Mashburn…Is his ’15 seconds’ of fame with the Pitino businesses keeping him away from his Big Blue home..? I hope lil’Rickie hasn’t poisoned his Kool-aid…

An absolute flood of nostalgia overtook me. (Yes, Mercer/Mashburn would have been a great additional catch.) It wouldn’t do much for recruiting, but I would have loved to have seen some of the Unforgettables and maybe some lesser lights, and I don’t even care how bad they look these days. Is Patrick Sparks sober? Is Richie Farmer out of jail?
How about a coaches’ team where Sean Woods and John Pelphrey and Travis Ford and Winston Bennett and Mark Pope and Scott Padgett and Steve Masiello and Walter McCarty and Tony Delk all play each other?

And I want to see Pat Riley and Joe B. Hall get their fat cans out there and play for that coaches’ team game.

I didn’t know Morris made it back. I’m glad to see that he was there. He appreciates the BBN way more now than he did when he was a player.
