During the Kansas press conference today, Thomas Robinson said this when asked about Anthony Davis:
“Anthony Davis is a great player, but he’s not Superman.”

The last thing we need is a personal competition between Robinson and Davis. I trust Davis will come out and play his “normal” game ( which tends to be abnormal ) ,,,been working out pretty good so far.
According to Kentucky fans, the only acceptable thing for Robinson to say is: “Kansas will lose by 50 points.”
Sorry but true. Geez – he’s right. Davis is an incredible player, but he’s not immune to foul trouble (hardly any chance of that – but still). Kansas shouldn’t give up – I want their best game.

Just looking at this photo shows what kind of physical specimen Robinson is. He actually worries me tomorrow. I think the team needs to contain Taylor, Whitey, and the supporting cast and play Robinson tightly but not tight enough to get Jones in foul trouble. Lets be honest, you are not going to stop Robinson, you’re just not going to do it. Pulling for the Cats, but you never know whats going to happen.

I doubt that T-Rob has forgotten how last Nov 11th ended for him. 11 points,5of 11 shooting,1 blocked shot, fouled out on the bench with his tail in his crack. AD had 6 of 11 fg attempts,14 points,and SEVEN blocked shots, some on T-Rob, in his 2nd college game.

Look out Robinson, I heard Anthony Davis blocked Louisville on their flight back home at a cruising altitude of 35,000 feet. I’d be jealous too if I didn’t have what it took to beat out AD in one single award this year. Get use to being his #2, especially after tonight.
