We used the same approach in Combat Control Training in the Air Force. It’s about achieving maximum efficiency output. Guys may be stronger than you, but the mix of getting speed/endurance/strength maxed as efficiently as possible together is going to win every time. Opening your body’s potential really opens up your mind as well. You have more options available at a split second decision level than if you were just a muscle head.

First: he & his staff already deserve a raise. 2nd: This new staff makes Joker look like he was coaching at the short bus program. 3rd: This new staff is building something this program has lacked maybe ever – a foundation. 4th: Barnhart hiring Cal was a no brainier – hiring Stoops will go down as one of if not his best hires ever.

UK needs to make sure we keep this coach. This guy is on the cutting edge of fitness. Some NFL program will be courting him soon,

Can’t wait to see how this training(conditioning)program translates to performance on the field.Hopefully it will make a huge difference from what we have seen in the past.

Wow! He is awesome! The way he explains things is very clear and easy to be understood by everybody. He has good communication skill as well as his sports science knowledge and training skill. #9 You are right. I bet NFL program is looking at him already. Mitch, do whatever it takes to keep him.

Everyday that passes under the Stoops regime it becomes more and more obvious what a terrible job Joker and his staff did.

Impressive; clear, concise, logical, result oriented but practical, using science to measure and to determine progress and performance!
