I hope that UK plays the rest of the season like they have something to prove, if only to themselves. Keep the momentum that you are building and see how far you can ride it out.

oldschool does not approve of this “fun”. back in the 50’s there was no “fun”. only winning, the right way.

I was thinking, if UK were to get, and win, a play in game where would they play next? According to Matt’s mock NCCA rules, all play in teams will be sent as close as possible to Dayton since they play so soon after the play in game. Well, if that were to be the case, then UK would either go back to Dayton or to Auburn Hills, Michigan. Neither would be a bad location for UK fans…2 hours to Dayton and maybe 5.5 or 6 hours most to Mich. With the pod system they could play in one of those locations and still be in any region…it just depends on where the pods feeding into each region are played.

However, Launardi has the play in winners in his latest bracket traveling to Kansas City and San Josie. Either Launardi or Matt do not know what they are doing.

Oldschool has been predicting that UK wouold end up in the NIT.
I do not know why he believes that because a split of the last four games would give the Cats a 21-10 record.
Oldschool must have forgotten that his favorite coach “Tubby” lost 10 and got in more than once.
Oldschool don’t you remember the nickname 10 loss Tubby?

Of course I’m a Kentucky fan. Just because I love Butler and Indiana don’t read anything into it. Just because I like to post after UK losses don’t read anything into it. Just because every issue UK has is because of Cal don’t read anything into it. Of course I love UK cough cough.

I think Alex just noticed Samantha Steel Ponder walk by. Hey Matt, how about a story on Sam. You know her hubbie played at Florida State when Stoops was there.

    14. Lol about Alex it is probably true. I was about 8 feet from Samantha in the student section during the game. She is beautiful in person. I really like the fact that ESPN picked her up after Erin Andrews left for Fox.
