The Lakers just got even better

Forget about Dwight Howard. The Lakers just signed Jodie Meeks.

The former Kentucky star agreed to a two-year deal with Los Angeles worth about $3 million. It’s the second biggest acquisition the Lake Show has made in the past 24 hours.

Meeks averaged 8.4 points and 2.4 rebounds in 25 minutes last season in Philadelphia, when he played in all 66 games, starting in 50 of them.

Love Jodi, but it will be tough to root for the Lakers — except when they play the Heat. Go Jodi!
