The Future of Kentucky Football?

(h/t @ima5Krunner)

Could this be the future of Kentucky football? Some of the biggest Kentucky targets and commits from the class of 2014 are currently together under the lights at Commonwealth Stadium. Matt Elam, Boom Williams and Drew Barker all converse above. If Elam commits, that trio of players would be the nucleus of the group that could put Kentucky back on the map.

Elam looks like somebodies “mother” standing there chatting with kids before a practice starts.

The middle guy in the top pic looks like Boom Williams, but I could be wrong.

If Kentucky can get Matt Elam he could be the next Terrence Cody or Nick Fairly for the Cats!!!!

Back on the map? Sorry Im bleed blue but you truly have to be on the map to begin with and most people before this year have never seen a UK football game or made the connection.

stating the obvious…Rivals, Scout, and ESPN have not updated their latest rankings for the 2014 yet. 247 Sports on the other hand has, and Elam jumped from 3* to 5* and the 10th overall player, #2 DT in the country… feel free to take a look at the link below. When the other services update their rankings, Elam is expected to ascend their rankings as well to 5* or top of the 4* tier.

Article says,” Matt Elam, Boom Williams and Drew Barker all converse above.” But clearly the 3 of them are all NIKE. 🙂

  11. UL sucks

    17. Wow UL beats an SEC team that didn’t want to play in a bowl game and now UL is the next Alabama. Lol gimme a break!!! Charlie Strong schedules cupcake games so UL can appear to be good. I hope UK whoops the sh*t outta UL so they can expose Charlie Strong and show everybody that he’s just another average football coach.

@UL sucks UK is on the schedule I guess they count as a cupcake though. When was the last time UK beat Florida in football? much less UofL had more SEC wins than UK last year.

    12. It’s pretty sad when UK is the hardest game on UL’s schedule and the funny thing is that UL won’t even go undefeated this year. They will choke just like they do when they are on their knees every night. #rugburns!!!!

Tell me, CardSoHard, were you attempting to come up with something even lamer than #L1C4 when you thought of your name?

Only in Big Blue Bizzaro World can a team that went 2-10 make fun of the team that went 11-2, kicked the shit out of the 2-10 team and beat in 1 try a team the 2-10 team has a 27 game losing streak against. You dolts are a riot.
