The Cal-apalooza Bus Tour Begins Tomorrow

The time for John Calipari to make his trip from Pikeville to Paducah is now here. Calipari is embarking on the Verizon Wireless Championship Tour with the NCAA title trophy beginning tomorrow. The list of dates are below and I, along with a WKYT cameraman, will be on the bus to provide coverage all day. Here on KSR and on twitter (@kysportsradio), I will let you know what is going on in the various towns and give pictures, etc. If you live anywhere close to these places, make a trip and go see Calipari and the trophy. It will be a great experience as the crew comes to town. See you in the morning.

Northern Kentucky gets no love! No KSR on the radio and no Cal with the trophy. I hate living so close to Ohio!

#7 Why don’t you take Richard and move to El Paso the armpit of America. My bad that would be Indiana.

Would be nice to know the route Coach Cal will take to the Kroger in Paducah. I think people will line the route and relieve the rush at Kroger.I know there will be banners on over passes etc if it is known.

No NKY? C’mon people! Everyone roots for the Cats up here and we alone (excluding Cincy) are about as big as Lexington. At least meet us halfway in Dry Ridge…

BBN is already forming a line at Kroger in Ashland waiting for Coach Cal & company. It’s 9:00 am. He’s not going to be here for another 3 hours! Thx for stopping by our town coach. It truly means a lot to us.
