If I was an Indiana fan today, I’d probably be a little upset…but who knows…those fans are a different breed than us so they probably liked cutting down nets for a share of a conference title after a loss. What happends if they lose the B1G Conference Tournament Championship game, and they want to cut down the nets to celebrate their runner up finish? Would they let both teams cut down the nets? It’s now been atleast 416 days since Matt first mentioned the Uncensored Billy Gillispie Podcast

The Sweet 16 is so special in that small communities get to support their local teams. MONTGOMERY CO is going for only the SECOND time in school history and the community’s allotment of tickets were sold out in just a few hours on Sunday!! School is closed on Thursday and according to the school Montgomery County’s session sold more tix than any other for that day. There are lots of T-shirts made and they will be doing a white out tomorrow when they play!! Go Indians!!!

    Answer:

    Harrison County – 1997, 1998

    Pleasure Ridge Park – 1994,1995,1996

The 90’s was pretty epic time for HS Baseball. I mean it was a 2 team race and some EPIC battles between PRP and Harrison Co. Harrison won in 1993, PRP in 1994,1995,1996 and Harrison won in 1997,1998 and was runner up in 1999. Some absolutely great teams…

The greatest Baseball team EVER in the state of KY I still say was 1997/1998 Harrison County team. That team was unstoppable. HArrison went 40-1 one of those years. Didnt lose in the state and got beat 2-1 against the #1 team in the nation who later on that year had to vacate their state title due to recruiting players from Cuba. The other year they went 38-3. Averaged 13 runs a game and their defense was SOLID. One of the best coaches EVER to in Mac Whitaker…the man still is getting it done. Didnt he win another in 2010? I know he has 4 titles at a little country school…
