Here are a couple of things to read before going out and celebrating the 35th birthday of Murray’s own, Molly Sims….
The Jackson Sun, likely not a highly reputable news source, predicts a 6-6 finish for the Cats in football this season. They also hate capitalization.
A good little piece on Jared Carter’s faith and his trip to Africa. The big man, along with Ramon Harris, ships out tomorrow.
An interesting story in from the Courier-Journal about Louisville possibly luring USA Basketball to town by using the Hoops facilities.
Brandon Webb’s hot streak ended earlier this week when he lost to the Marlins, 3-1, but this article in the Arizona Republic profiles how Webb’s laid-back demeanor keeps him steady throughout the year.
And, just so she doesn’t think that we’re growing apart and that I’m moving on to Molly Sims, here’s a piece about Ashley Judd being on the cover of Town and Country Magazine this month. She talks about her childhood and her charity work and hopefully deciphers why a magazine is named after a minivan. No mention of this season’s prospects, but I imagine she’ll get to it later.
Enjoy your Sunday. And remember, there’s no work tomorrow.
