Steve Kerr Says Anthony Davis is NEXT

Pretty powerful statement by Steve Kerr above (about 50 seconds in), when he says that Anthony Davis in 5 years could end up being the best player in the NBA. Kerr gives a great deal of praise to what Anthony did at Kentucky.

I would expect this rerun from BTI but Matty Ice you are letting me down! One post of Kenny smith is too much Carolina for this site, but twice? I hope Johnny short still thinks you are a great American, because I have my doubts…

He wont be the best until King James retires……no offense to AD but lets get real. James is best basketball talent since Jordan

Blake Griffin???? I lose more respect for Shaq everytime he opens his mouth. I grew up idolizing him and the big fella is just dumb to pick Blake Griffin as the future best player on the planet.

AD will be very lucky to have a career like Camby, and Garnett. Those are the players he most resembles. For those who want him to be like James and Jordan are being very unfair to AD.

#7 – double that. Blake Griffin supplants LJ? Takeaway is AD does not need to worry about is he the best player on the planet. He’ll write his own chapter in NBA history just like he did at UK.

I don’t think matt actually reads the site. I see on twitter all the time that he posts links to stories that were on the site 12 hours ago. It’s like he just picks random articles to tweet to get more hits. Wouldn’t surprise me if matt didn’t even write the article

let us all hope that he grows into his body and can take the 82 game pounding the NBA will inflict. If so, AD has the tools to be come one of the NBA’s best…maybe ever.

less than a minute left in the NO game and AD has 21 pts and is 9 of 9 from the line. NO down 2.

I know he is just in high school, but if he continues at his rate and keeps his head on straight Andrew Wiggins will be in the discussion come 5 years from now.
Respect Shaq’s opinion, but have to disagree with Blake Griffin. JMO.
