Start your day off with Julius Randle notes

Good morning, friends. With news that the Harrison twins will visit Maryland for Maryland Madness, let’s keep the day from heading south by brushing up on Julius Randle.

Here are some Randle notes for your Wednesday morning….

— Randle will visit Lexington on September 15th for the 1996 reunion game and NBA Alumni game. Seeing John Wall, Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins and friends will be a good pitch for Coach Cal’s ability to put Cats in the NBA. Randle will also be checking out the tailgating scene for the football game too, so show up and let him know how bad you want to see him in Kentucky blue.

— This guy thinks Kentucky and Duke are “strong.”

— SLAM Magazine released its Fresh 50 – 2013 yesterday. The magazine ranks Randle No. 1 in the 2013 class.

— He has a new BALLISLIFE mixtape!

Dunks on dunks on dunks…

He looks very strong and his work with and without the ball looks outstanding for his age. Hopefully he watches the duke game this year and realizes bbn is the only place to be

Randle has some serious ups. With his size and ball handling ability, I can see Randle dominating down low and on the perimeter if he can consistently hit the 12-15 footer. If so, baskets will be shaking before he even gets close to his flushes.

What’s going on with the Twins? Lock to UA block?

#4 Great call, little more power forward at this stage then Terrence Jones though once T. Jones got to UK he matured into a shot blocking, high volume rebounder and an above average low block score for college basketball. Randle is already all of those things and a bit more explosive off the bounce than T. Jones that’s why I think Beasley is more accurate. Terrence may be a better passer but both he and Randle are the perfect college PF for Cal’s system. Go Big Blue!!

He’s got some serious Lebron in his game. He does just about every one of Lebron’s pattented moves in this video. Dude is strong.

About 3. Months ago he was a lock for UNC since then Cal has turned up the recruiting on him. I would rather have him then Parker. This kid will be a great collage player were ever he chooses.

6 hit nail on head. Was thinking the same thing. Obviously no one out there is as good as Lebron, but this kid is amazing and his game is like a mirror image of Lebrons.

hes the caliber player that puts you in national championship talk automatically. need to get him signed!
