The love continues to pour in for Mark Stoops and the Kentucky staff’s first recruiting class in 2013. Not only was the recruiting hall impressive to Kentucky fans, but more and more of the national media are recognizing the great early work put in by the staff. Sports Illustrated came out with an article today in which they ranked the recruiting job of all of the new coaches across the country. Kentucky and Stoops topped the list, matched only by Auburn with an “A.” Kentucky was graded on the list ahead of the likes of Tennessee, Texas Tech, Oregon, Wisconsin and Arkansas. All of these new coaches were working with short recruiting time frames due to later hires. Stoops was one of the coaches able to do the most with the shortened time.
