Spoils of victory?

The Cats might have gotten the first big reward for their beatdown at Papa John’s yesterday in the form of a commitment.  Jeff Drummond of The Cats Pause is reporting that Central LB Ridge Wilson has committed to Kentucky.  The 6’3″ 207 pound, three-star linebacker runs a 4.6 and joins fellow Yellow Jacket defender, Mister Cobble, as a member of the 19-person 2009 class.  He also had offers from Arkansas, Indiana and Louisville – who had him as a guest at yesterday’s game. 

It must really hurt to suffer a beatdown and then lose a guy to your rival just a day after you had him sporting a red-out t-shirt at your game.
