Last year Kentucky’s campus was at ‘Threat Level Midnight’ when William T. Young Library was infiltrated by a foot-stabbing fanatic. Helpless victim’s feet were protruded with a variety of strange objects all over the library, but the offender seemed omniscient, always a step ahead of campus officials. The case is cold and remains a mystery to this day. After a semester seemingly filled with peace, another malicious miscreant has taken the Foot-Stabber’s place.
The report alerting campus from the UK Police department describes the instance:
At approximately 7:40 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 UK Police received a report of an incident involving an indecent exposure in the Columbia Avenue parking lot behind the W.T. Young Library. UK Police received three similar reports earlier this month; the first on April 5, 2013, another on April 7, 2013, and the third on April 19, 2013. Each of these incidents involves what is believed to be the same suspect.
Not one, not twice, not even three times a lady, but 4 TIMES the flasher has flooded the streets with his foolishness. His tactics are deceptive, taking advantage of helpful innocents by asking for directions from his car before displaying his downstairs. The suspect is described by UK Police as, “a possible Middle Eastern male with dark short curly/wavy hair, 5’7″ with a round shaped face and a full stomach, between 25-30 years of age.” People in the area should be careful around Hondas; the offender is reported to be driving either a 4-door silver Civic, or a black two-door Accord.
KSR’s hard-hitting journalism will extend its reach to the greatest of lengths to bring the perpetrator to justice, however we can only do so much. If you have information that would help keep our campus safe, call UK Police at 257-UKPD.
