Lynn Bowden ran wild and the Cats picked up an exciting victory over Arkansas last night at Kroger Field. With Arkansas scoring on the second play of the game and the offense starting slow, social media began to buzz about this being another “letdown.”
A win over a 2-3 Arkansas is not necessarily “sexy,” but considering the circumstances, this is was a win that was completely needed.
Here is what people were saying on social media after the win:

I sat next to an Arkansas media member last night who didn't know a lot about Lynn Bowden. He said "Your QB can return punts? What can this guy not do?" pic.twitter.com/ZaXKFvjZje

Lynn Bowden on playing QB on the day UK honored Jared Lorenzen: "It’s very special. All the film they showed us throughout the week, I feel sorry for his family. He was a great guy, he was a legend here. I don’t want to talk about it, I might start tearing up. Too many cameras."

On Mark Stoops
It took Mark Stoops and his Kentucky staff two weeks to turn Lynn Bowden into a better QB than anything Chad Morris and his staff could at Arkansas with months to work with their players.
This is not an exaggeration.
