Scouting Report
Matthews can play either guard position, but sees himself playing point guard in college. He has good size for a guard and he’s aggressive; he can get to the rim and finish.
ESPN Recruiting says, “In the halfcourt he is an excellent slasher from especially along the baseline where he finishes with great touch and body control and uses his length to complete plays over smaller players.”

#2, the Woods kid looks like he could start for almost any D1 school right now as a 14-year-old! That kid is going to be flat scary by the time he graduates from HS. Sure hope he ends up as a Cat.
I will worry about who Charles Matthews is in 2 years
The ESPN recruiting rankings are not very good at all. The kid isn’t even a 2 guard. ESPN also had John Wall as the 5th best player in high school.
