Shomari Moore remains hospitalized; police believe shooting was random
Police believe the Monday night shooting that nearly took the life of Shomari Moore was random and may have been an attempted robbery, according to FOX 56.
In case you missed the reports yesterday, Moore was approached by two men on Winchester Road while sitting in his new Chrysler 300 when one of the men shot him in the chest. He drove two miles before flagging down a police officer for help.
Moore, who was on Coach Cal’s staff as a grad assistant during the championship season, remains hospitalized. A chest tube was removed yesterday afternoon and he is alert and recovering today.
