Weather and hot girls aside, why would he not come to UK? We have zero depth at DE, even if Dupree moved to an end spot, Hatcher would walk into a starting spot here. He probably has 2-3 guys ahead of him on the depth chart at USC.

Why do so many Cayts fans write about beating Louisville when there’s that whole, you know, conference schedule to worry about? It’s cute that UK now has a Baby Brother complex about UofL football, though. Oh, and keep in mind that Louisville will still likely end up with around the same average score per player for this recruiting class, and they’re working with a very limited number of scholarships because of the large number of returning players from their Sugar Bowl championship team. Oh, and they’re a pre-season number 8-10 so far. Yep, you guys definitely have Louisville’s number now with a couple of 4* recruits and a bunch of 3* freshmen.

    28) We will crush your title hopes soon enough, just like we did in 2007. Your miserable fan base will bail out faster than rats on a sinking ship and Charlie will bolt for Florida before the probation clouds gather. Hopefully somewhere down the road, we’ll smack the hell out of the Gators for laying down for you guys in the Sugar Bowl and giving your worthless program something to crow about.

Oh, and the reason I’m on this website is because I wanted to see where Timmons was going, and Google brought me here. As I am a Kentucky native as well, I wish him the best of luck. You see, unlike the hateful writers and commenters on this website, I don’t automatically start saying how much I hate a player just because he doesn’t commit to my school. I checked this site during the James Quick recruitment as well, and after he decided on Louisville, I never read such hateful nonsense against a young man, barely 18, who could have been the most beloved football wildcat of the decade had he decided to go to school up the road a bit. It was absolutely disgusting, and many of you should be ashamed of yourselves.

What you don’t see is that we’ll never have a little brother complex. If you beat us at anything, we still win. We’re Kentucky, that’s always going to be better than UL. We play a much tougher schedule than you ever will. And yeah we’re concerned about beating UL. They’re overrated and beating you guys will be way easier than beating Ms. State, Vandy, and S.C. on the road next season.

Why would you come to a UK website after James Quick made his announcement. I am curious what was going on at U of L websites after Marquis Teague made his announcement to UK. As a Kentuckian I wish anyone from the commonwealth the best of luck. I hope Quick and Hatcher end up playing on Sundays. But what do you expect when you go to a UK website? Come on man!

@36, I’m so glad you asked. First, yes, Louisville is now a football school, at least for the moment. Our all-time record is 466-440-17 with 17 bowl appearances. Kentucky’s all time record is 580-582-44 with 14 bowl appearances. So, um, yeah, you guys are, at least historically, less likely to win any time you take the field than to lose. Interestingly, you can literally blame your fall below the .500 mark pretty much entirely on the coaching of big Joker. Thanks for asking, though.

Alright guys I’m sorry. Sometimes my mouth/fingers gets the best of me. It’s kind of a slap in the face to finally get to face a good SEC team only to have them basically not play because it was a step down to play my Cardinals, making our Sugar Bowl victory really hollow. So I come over here to rile you guys up. I shouldn’t have done that. It’s hard not to though, seeing you guys get all these solid recruits, especially when they come right from my beloved Lousville. There used to be a time that I could count on you guys recruiting horrible teams and giving us a shot at winning against you each year. Now in the space of a few months you are quickly leaving us in the rear view mirror and it’s uncomfortable to say the least. I’ll go back to just reading and try not to let my worry shine through.

    LOL,
UofL’s recent success is great for the state and the sugar bowl win over Fl was big! Congratulations! But you have to be honest, the last 10 years UL has run up some good records in CUSA and the Big East. Comparing the 2 state schools in football is truly comparing apples and oranges. UK/UofL is a good rivalry with the cards owning the last couple of years but you have to admit that Stoops and Co have good things happening and BBN is excited about the momentum. This is good for football in the bluegrass.

48- he actually asked what UL record is against UK. Don’t let your little brother complex make you speed read so fast that you purposefully pull up numbers that makes it look better. Haha big east and almost same record, now that really does make me LOL!!!!
