I like Kyle, and in a few aspects, i hate to see him go. But, having said that, he epitomizes everything that’s wrong with sports period, and our world in general. Which is explained in a single word. SELF. I wish him well, and i hope he does good, cause he seems like a good kid. But, if he thinks Gonzaga is going to build their team around him, or focus their offense on him, or run everything through him??? I don’t ever see that happening. He isn’t that talented, and you can’t make up for what you weren’t born with. He is a role player that offers ONE high level skill. He is leaving a team that is poised for a championship run. That has a great shot at a title. And he wants to bolt for what he thinks is best for him? Oh well. Why not? Everybody else does it nowadays. Except Anthony Davis. And MKG. And TJones. And they won a title. Wiltjer will never average more then 13-14 a game, and won’t make it in the NBA. He can’t get himself a shot, and he can’t hit against tight D. WOn’t even shoot much if he’s locked down on. He can make himself a ton of money overseas someday. I wish him luck.
