ROYAL RUMBLE!!!! (Monday Show Thread)

If the guys sound like they are moving a little slow today, it’s probably because they’re still recovering from Matt’s first annual Royal Rumble viewing party last night. I wasn’t there, but I’ve been told by many of the neighbors it got wild. I guess that’s what happens when you put Shannon The Dude and Drew The Employee in the same room with a bag of Ruffles and Mountain Dew.

Tune in today to hear what all went down.

Give us a call at (502) 571-1080 or send a text to the TEXTING MACHINE — it’s back! — at (317) 385-5148.

Today’s topics include:

— The win over LSU

— Terrence Jones is back

— You will not keep Anthony Davis down

— Something about Chris Jericho

The KSR radio widget is still down and seven people have been fired over it. You can still listen here through iHeartRadio.

Willis Is like Wiltjer. Hes talented and will contribute but hes not a 1 and done. This Is a great get for us. If we get all one and dones….well do the math of what will happen. We havent felt It that bad so far because this team has had upperclassmen leaders. Hood will be one next year. Id like to know why Walker hasnt gotten an offer yet. there is no way a high profile coach would come to louisville. they would get an upcoming and coming coach, like a brad stevens. maybe scott drew or somebody like that. no way izzo or matta or someone like that leaves for louisville

Murray should be a 4 or 5 seed at worst.

They are a lot like the Villanova team a few years ago that started 4 guards and a Power Forward and were lights out from 3. They shoot at 43%+ from 3 and are very athletic. If we played them this year Canaan would be the best Guard we’ve played all year. They’re a good squad. I wouldn’t be scared to play them, but I think they are a great club!
