‘Rocky Topped’ is On WKYT

The University of Kentucky football team snapped a 26 game losing streaking to Tennessee by beating the Volunteers 10-7 on Saturday, November 26, 2011, at Commonwealth Stadium in Lexington, Ky.

With 41 days til the start of the Kentucky Football season, I have nearly gone insane without football to watch. If you’re like me, you need a quick-fix remedy before your brain begins to bleed. I have great news for you my friends: you can watch Matt Roark end The Streak right now on WKYT. While watching a WR play QB may not be the most entertaining football, watching UK beat Tennessee is always entertaining football.

We laugh at IU for still bringing up their win over us, how is this different?

Thanks for the heads up on this game being on TV today. It’s been a pleasure to watch again. I had forgotten how awesome Ryan Tydlacka was. It’s not often you can say that a punter was one of the biggest contributors to a victory, but Tydlacka was the man.

    4. The station was just replaying classic UK wins, they ran the SEC tourney win over Florida earlier. Just relax people aren’t putting up Christmas displays.

Is it bad that I still got ticked off watching Joker’s offense, even though, I knew we were going to win? Happy Joker got the W, but happier for the change!!

As bad as it was for UK to lose to a Pitt team with no coach (BBVA Compass Bowl) it was worse for Tennessee to lose to a Kentucky team with no quarterback. I watched the rebroadcast and it was AWESOME!! Sadly, WKYT had to go back two seasons to find a game worth another look.
