University of Kentucky Basketball, Football, and Recruiting news brought to you in the most ridiculous manner possible. All-Decade One and Done Team

The good people over at Yahoo! Rivals are releasing four all-decade teams this week to wrap up the 2000s.  Today’s all-star squad is made up of the “one and done” players and John Wall made the list.  Blue Jesus is joined by the original one and done player (‘Melo), Beasley, Durant, and Greg “Kickstand” Oden. All-Decade One and Done Team

C – Greg Oden – Ohio State, 2006-2007

F – Carmelo Anthony – Syracuse, 2002-2003

F – Michael Beasley – Kansas State, 2007-2008

F – Kevin Durant – Texas, 2006-2007

G – John Wall – Kentucky, 2009-2010

BUZZ: Wall received the Adolph Rupp Trophy, given annually to the nation’s top player, though he lost out to Ohio State’s Evan Turner for the other major player-of-the-year honors. He led the SEC in assists (6.5), ranked fifth in the league in scoring (16.6) and finished third in steals (1.8) while leading Kentucky to a 35-3 record and the East Regional final. He recorded three double-doubles on points and assists and had two more double-doubles in points and rebounds.

Go Cats.
