Presale Changes For Yum! Center Legends Game

denny-crum-uk

Good news for those of you who thought that the tickets for the game between the Dominican Republic and the UK Legends in Louisville were a little steep.  Matt has been told that the original announcement saying that tickets for the event would be $37 and $105 is incorrect.  He has been told that the prices will start at $15 for upper level seats and $35 for lower level seats.  That should be a little more palatable and help Kentucky’s chances of packing in a good crowd.

Also, the presale password has changed to “GAME”.  You can begin purchasing tickets at 10 am tomorrow.

So was it changed because the Louisville fans were upset it was UKUL11 or did the NCAA objet to the use of UK in the presale password? LOL

Who wants to see a game like this featuring UK legends in the YUM! Center? Just won’t be the same as Rupp and that’s the truth people!

#5- Agreed. If you’re going to attend this game then you HAVE to see it in Rupp. I would only resort to the YUM center if I lived in Louisville or it made sense travel-wise to see it. But if you’re coming from out of state I would spend the extra 45 minutes to Lexington and avoid all the line beards.

But what if you was someone who couldn’t get tickets for Rupp and don’t feel like paying over face? I’ll take the hour of extra drive time to get to Louisville.

Should’ve made it “First”, that would’ve really been salt in the wound.

I can’t wait for this. I’ll be there for sure. Yes, KFC isn’t Rupp but it’s better than not being able to see them play the day before because it isn’t televised.

What’s up with the deleted post’s? Crum agrees to coach post, I can’t find. Is it the software (giving you an out) or you guys think, never mind about that?

    #10- Gas @ $3.75 x 2 hours driving + wear and tear + extra time

It’s worth it to pay a little over face, especially for some good lowers

Happy to see this game in YUM Center. I love Rupp. Saw hundreds of games there. But, to be fair, the YUM center is a much better arena. Can’t wait for the game!

Haha sounds like the previous password of UKUL11 got the attention of the NCAA due to affiliation with the universities’ initials. So why not make the new word as non-distinct as possible, sort of a thumb-to-the-nose to the NCAA. GAME
