Perry Ellis sets UK home visit date

There’s just a bit of basketball news on this football Saturday. According to Jeff Goodman’s Twitter, Perry Ellis has set a date for his in-home visit with John Calipari. UK’s visit with the Kansas native will be Sep. 16, meaning that, as expected, Kentucky will get the last crack at paying Ellis a visit at home. UK was always set to get an in-home with Ellis, but the date had been left undecided when he scheduled his other three visits. The Cats are in his final four along with a trio of home state schools, those being Kansas, Kansas State and Wichita State. Kansas visited the Rivals’ 24th-ranked player this past Friday, with K-State visiting Monday and Wichita State coming on Tuesday. Then Cal will do his thing on Friday, and the rest of them will wish they hadn’t wasted the gas.

Now see him get buckets:

Tough sledding going against the home state schools…but never count Cal out. I like the idea of getting the last visit. Go Cats!

Unfortunately the kid is very average…dropping big time in rankings…kid plays Eloy Vargas stiff.

Would definitely love for Perry to come to UK, but he is gonna need to take it MUCH harder to the rim at the next level. Half of those finger rolls will get pinned against the backboard.
