We are coming to you live from Wautoma, Wisconsin, in the heart of Packer country. Last night was spent in the beautiful city of Milwaukee, where we went to an odd bar called “Safe House” which was spy themed and where we lost Mosley for approximately two hours thanks to a trap door. But all is well, the cheese is great and Wisconsin is raring to go. A couple of notes:
(1) Stephon Pettigrew is looking like more of an option for UK. I received a phone call while on this trip that said that Kentucky has scheduled an in home visit for him in September and that they will talk about his recruitment as of that time. At this point NO offer has been given, but the man is now firmly on Kentucky’s radar.
(2) Kentucky is apparently hot on the heels of another in state recruit. I was told in this same conversation that Kentucky is looking at another in state prospect, although the name was not given. I am told that Kentuckysportsreport has reported the name, but since it is premium information, I will direct everyone over there. But yet another in state kid could be on the recruiting landscape. No one can say Tubby is looking over the locals anymore.
(3) In news that everyone who comes here has known for a long time, Shawn Finney will be announced as the replacement for Cameron Hill sometime this week. This has been the worst kept secret in America, and now it is official.
We will be back late tonight from Duluth, Minnesota for more updates. And if you were wondering, yes the public library in Wautoma is beautiful!!!!
