Things get serious tonight in Columbia but it was all fun and games for the Kentucky basketball team this afternoon as they took a call from President Barack Obama. The President applauded them for their efforts and said he’d been watching them this year. Patrick Patterson, John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins all spoke to the leader of the free world and each took advantage of their time in a different way. Patterson thanked him for inspiring them to help, DeMarcus Cousins said he looked forward to seeing him at the end of the year and John Wall, dubbed “All Star” by Obama, challenged the president to a game of HORSE. It was a very cool little moment in what has become a very memorable season already.
