Now THIS is How you Finish a Game

Taken from the great site Deadspin, is one of the cooler finishes I have ever seen to a basketball game. I am not sure which is more impressive…the crazy passing on the shot before the game winner, the half court banked in heave or the Frenchmen yelling uncontrollably. I will just say, all of them:

I personally liked the player in warm ups beating that other player relentlessly with his towel in celebration.

The winning 3pt was made by the same guy who bricked the FTs. That’s the best part. Never give up!

I did the same thing just last week, hitting the game winner. But instead of teammates, I was mobbed by cheerleaders. Loved it. Then my wife woke me up and told me to quit snoring. Don’t you hate when that happens?

I’m mostly impressed that they managed to get the ball to opposite sides of the court twice, without so much as a single dribble. James Naismith would be proud.

I like the lady in the white behind the scorer’s table who cheers for the white team for about 5 minutes too long before she realizes that they lost. Women!

    5) Great catch! Next time, though, it might be easier to just hit the free-throws.

Limoge’s LF percentage was crap. No wonder they lost.

5- Yes it is ! For the record, this is Jamal Shuler, he used to play for VCU, now plays pro ball in France. He scored 35 in this game, despite, well… bricking the 2 most important FTs of the night.

French Basketball… they take the not so good American ballers, and send a ton of their best to the US (France has the second most players in the NBA I think).

My french ain’t what it used to be but I think the
“color-guy” was saying something about that
last basket being worth more than what it counted for.
