New Posting Policy

We now have the ability on here to ban particular web IP addresses. From now on, if someone posts on here by (a) taking someone else’s name; (b) making nonsensical posts the point of which is only disruption or (c) is someone I dont like, we will ban your IP address.

We didnt want to do this, but a handful of people (4 or 5) have made us do it.
