I like how he is constantly dancing around on the line keepin the O line confused. Seems to have speed and quick feet so, should be a good edition.

True #4, and I will be glad when Matt finds his co-host

This kid looks pretty darn awesome from some of these high school highlights.

anybody think he could line up at LB? 6’4″ 240lb with 4.5 speed…sounds like some top SEC linebackers we have faced in recent years. particularly Rolando McClain comes to mind. McClain is 6’3″ 255 and runs a 4.63

Kid looks like a beast. I agree with #8, we need all the bodies we can get on the DLine.

I’m on my cell so can’t check for myself – why so late? Who else was in the running for him?

Nice looking kid. Glad to have him…why such a late commit? Is there a story?

And props to him for the use of rock-n-roll in his highlight vid as opposed to rap/hip-hop like the other 98%. So refreshing.

Turn him loose Minter! I want the defense to wreak havoc!

Watched the whole video, never saw him put a shoulder or head-gear into a ball carrier. He only wants to grab and strip. Habits that can be corrected, but may be an answer as to why he has not signed with anyone yet. Of course, grades could have been an issue.

7, No. For this simple fact. Micah Johnson. He should have been playing DE all along which hurt him in the draft. But, I guess the coaches will decide.

This is a great late pick up. It won’t make up for Delic’s departure, but it sure helps.

kid had offers from Pitt and NC State. He took visits to VaTech and UNC as well and had interest at some point from WVU, BC, UVa, UConn and Rutgers. He was called emerging by the VaTech site last summer. Could have been grades, but at Fork Union MILITARY Academy I kinda doubt it. Might have been injury related like Jonathon George, get hurt and people ease up.

Was that Really WV that they were playing against at the end? Skrimage?

He has some physical ability but has to learn how to play more like a d-lineman and less like a stand up rusher, it would be nice to see him use his body instead of the awful arm tackles that he seems to be making on his whole highlight video

    I agree # 7 – 6’4″ 240lbs with 4.5 speed sounds like an SEC linebacker.
    # 15 I don’t think Micah Johnson had 4.5 speed but agree he would have made a good DE
