Nerlens Noel has signed with an agent

Darren Heitner is reporting that Nerlens Noel has finally signed an agent. Andy Miller of ASM Sports will represent Nerlens, who will work out for the Washington Wizards on Friday. Miller also represents Kevin Garnett.
