Nerlens Noel Has a Surprise for the Big Blue Nation
Nerlens Noel today was talking with another man of great hair (Kyle Tucker of the Courier Journal) and said that while he wasn’t worried about any potential slippage on draft night, he did have some news that Kentucky fans would enjoy. Nerlens says he “has a surprise for Big Blue Nation on Draft night,” although he declined to give any further info on what it would be. Now the last time a big announcement occurred for Nerlens, he of course shocked everyone by coming with a UK logo shaved into the back of his hair. So what happens Thursday at the Draft? How does he repay the fans that he called on my radio show on Friday, “the best that I could have ever imagined” in the Bluegrass state?
We will find out then, but for now, any guesses?

Nerlens will look fly in a custom tailored KY blue suit. He has been a class act and his generosity of time to the less fortunate children in KY will forever keep him high on my list of classy cats!
I have it on good authority that the surprise is he has convinced football bloggers to quit beating the Yahtzee phrase into the ground. Go Cats.

One thing you can count on with Nerlens is that he is always giving back to the BBN so my guess is a scholarship fund of some kind or something similar.

He announces he’s coming back. Moments after he announces he is coming back news breaks the NCAA has cancelled the 2013-2014 and awarded UK the title by default.
