Ahh, Thanksgiving. That day where families gather ’round to carve the turkey, cranberries are poured in can-shapes into bowls, the Detroit Lions receive their highest ratings of the year, and all our favorite shows take the week off, offering up “best of” episodes and clip shows.
While I realize that most of you are very near to checking out this Wednesday, I’m not going to tax you with high-falutin’ “words” or strung-together “sentences” and “paragraphs.” Instead, I thought today we might all take a look at some of the things for which we here at NTKW are thankful. And maybe it’ll help get you through those last few hours of work before the holiday begins.
We’re thankful for the graceful and expressive art of breakdancing.
We’re thankful for those scenes in movies that truly touch us.
We’re thankful for the truly funny and gifted stand-up comedians of the world. And the crowds which adore them.
We’re thankful for sharks eating jetskis.
And as always, we’re most thankful that the great Bas Rutten exists.
Happy Thanksgiving, gang. We here at NTKW and KSR actually are thankful that you guys keep coming back, for whatever your reason. Now get outta here. Go enjoy the holiday.
