Mike DeCourcy’s Midseason Awards

Yesterday, Mike Decourcy of The Sporting News named Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Anthony Davis to his midseason college basketball All-American teams. Today, we have Decourcy’s midseason awards list, including honors for Darius Miller, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, and Kentucky’s loss to Indiana.

Decourcy named the game in Bloomington his best game of the first half of the season, just two spots ahead of Kentucky vs. North Carolina at No. 3 on the list. Darius Miller was named Best Sixth Man and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist received top freshman honors. MKG is also an honorable mention for Player of the Half-Year.

espn top 10 is so retarded…

    Wall’s dunk at #2 was amazing…

With that being said, they picked a half court shot by iowa state over darius miller’s long 3 pointer at half time with two people on him.

I don’t see how a davis OOP isn’t included more often than not
