Tubby could have/should have had a sweet 16 team the last three years. It’s coming together nicely and this is a good year to make a run.

Unfortunately they are in the toughest conference. Protect home and he’s looking at a 3 or 4 seed…at Minnesota. Not bad.

Has there ever been a coach that has done less with more and not met expectations like Lane Kiffin did this year at USC. Preseason #1 to 7-6 and a 21-7 loss against a Georgia Tech Defense that gave up 30 points per game when USC has arguably the best 2 WR’s in college football.

Our football fans need to go to a Seminar on college football! This is the most incredible rumbling coming from our fan base I have ever heard. We don’t know great football! We are going to have to purge to get to where we want. #StoopsThereItIs

woolard is not the number 1 qb.
he’s only been a qb for 2 years.
scout has him as the 21st qb & espn has him as the 10th.

With all due respect Matt, where are you seeing that wouldard is the NUMBER ONE quarterback? I’ve seen him ranked in the top 25 but best qb? Are you going off of the elite 11 camp alone? Again, I’m all for the guy and it sounds awesome, but he’s not ranked #1 anywhere other than getting MVP of the elite 11 camp. Obviously he’s still good and we need to get the best that we can but as far as “program changer” and the other hyperbole, I think people in general are just pumping the brakes a bit.

113 – Hopefully Florida shows up and plays defense. So far South Carolina, LSU and UGA’s defense have been non existent

    Woulard’s workouts:

    6’4
    205 lbs
    4.65 – 40
    Throws a GREAT deep ball
    Threw for 2,217yds
    22 TD’s
    8 Int
    771 Rush YDS
    9 Rush TD’s

The reason some ppl prolly backed off is because he broke his ankle his last game this year…

These people who are questioning the quarterback recruit are crazy!!! If he comes in and he’s better than Towles or Maxwell Smith, then play him. when you’re not a very good team, you don’t turn down good players.

I think we should have a Cal mindset for football. No chance Cal wouldn’t start the best rated player at his position if he were better than a vet. My proposal is to adopt a rule “WWCD(what would Cal do)?”

A couple years ago, me and 3 friends were drinking beer and swapping stories when 2 of the guys, recently divorced, began lamenting the pitfalls of finding a good, honest, successful, sexy woman for them to date. After 3 minutes of this droning, the third friend interjected this pearl, “Sounds to me like you guys are looking for a trophy wife, and quite frankly, neither of you are trophy wife material.”

Call in is swamped today. Trying to get through. I wanted to talk about Pat Forde, and the alternate universe that he lives in. We are not even close to a bubble team. From what everyone with a brain knows about bubble teams, they are fairly close to .500 in conference play. Not gonna happen with this team. Even if we get swept by Florida, and lose to Mizzou, UK finishes the regular season at 24-9. That is not a bubble team by my definition.

My opinion is that UK will win out January, lose one of two to Florida, beat Mizzou, and they may drop any one of the road games. This means that they will finish at 25-8 regular season, and will be no less than tied for SEC regular season champs.

Dont know where Forde is coming from, UK played the best two teams in the country down to the wire, and UK’s ceiling is higher than either on of those two teams. I say look out come March UK will be in beast mode!!!
